Hello All! Happy Summer! Hope you all are doing well in these vacation times. Here is your June Update Issue. ////DEVELOPMENT STORIES As of now, the first draft of episode 4 is done. Half of episode 5 is done. Episode 6 is in the planning stage. Episode 6 will have Plant Creatures in it that I had introduced over a year ago.... I did a speed paint of one of the characters. Yes, it is quite late that I finally introduced, but at least it's coming out and it'll be better than what was originally planned! I want to put out another update for episode 1, mainly with more cutscenes to better explain the story. Man, I am so glad I did not release these episodes on the app market yet. Once I get the writing under wraps, I'll get started on the cutscenes. I'm actually taking some art classes online right now, so then I'll be able to draw better and faster. ////FUTURE Below is a concept design for Alexander's Super Soldier form. Al will be making a return in the far future. If you want to learn more about his fighting style, I've updated his wiki page here. As I said before, I do not want to publish until I have episodes 4 - 7 written. Then I will finish all the cutscenes for those episodes, including the 40 I have planned for Episode 1.
Stay tuned to these news updates for the latest news. Adios, ~Rox Hello All!
Here is some news to keep you going on "A Long Journey's" development. First draft of episode 4 is done, and the first draft of episode 5 is halfway done. I am currently working on some character designs and abilities for the other competitors of episode 5, when there is a tournament. I was looking through episode 1 the other day and remembered the areas I wanted to add in cutscenes to and fleshed out the ideas a bit more. There will be about 40 more new cutscenes added to episode 1 which will help define Warrick's character and Auferre's fighting style better. As for me, I've got a second interview planned for a very important job, so I'll have to cut back a bit on the next progress report. Plus, I signed up for the LevelUp workshop for a month to help with my skills a lot more. I want to be better at drawing poses better and quicker, so with these two things, updates will be a little skimpy for the next couple of weeks. Well, until next time. ~Rox |
